Camera access

Baseline needs camera access to create a check-in. On your iPhone, open Settings > Apps > Baseline > Camera and turn access on. Hair photographs stay in protected app storage and are not added to Photos.

Reminders

To change notification access, open Settings > Apps > Baseline > Notifications. You can change the check-in schedule inside Baseline under Profile > Reminders.

Export or delete your data

Open Profile > Privacy and data controls to export a progress report or permanently delete all local photo history. Optional uploaded diagnostics are managed separately under Profile > Optional diagnostics.

Before contacting support

• Confirm that your iPhone is running iOS 18 or later.
• Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and the step where the problem occurred.
• Do not email hair photographs, medical records, diagnoses, or treatment details.

Medical scope

Baseline documents and compares photographs. It does not diagnose hair loss, determine why hair changed, or recommend treatment. For a medical concern, contact a qualified healthcare professional.
